1. The service

LinkPremium is a marketplace connecting advertisers wishing to purchase sponsored posts with publishers offering space on their websites. LinkPremium acts as an intermediary and receives a commission on each completed transaction.

2. Accounts

Registration with accurate data is required. Each account is personal and non-transferable. The administrator may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

3. Publishing websites (publishers)

Websites submitted by publishers are manually reviewed before appearing in the catalogue. The publisher warrants being the owner or authorised manager of the site and that declared metrics are real.

4. Orders (advertisers)

The advertiser defines anchor, target URL and brief. The publisher may accept or reject the assignment. The order is completed when the publication is online and verified.

5. Payments and fees

Prices are shown in euros, indirect taxes not included unless stated. Available payment gateways are indicated during checkout. The platform fee is shown before confirming each order.

6. Prohibited content

Illegal or defamatory content, or content infringing third-party rights, is not accepted. Sensitive topics (gambling, crypto) are only published on media that expressly accept them.

7. Guarantees

If a published link disappears within the following 12 months for reasons attributable to the publisher, it will be replaced or refunded.

8. Changes

LinkPremium may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page.
